Pizza!

Deep Dish Pizza!

CRUST:
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3 ounces Sour Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Spices (if desired)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate the eggs and add sour cream to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Then add the Parmesan cheese. Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a lasagna pan with Olive oil spray and spoon the mixture into it. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes. Keep oven shut, and leave the buns in there for another 5 minutes or until cool. *Adapted from Oopsie Rolls on Lighter Side of Low Carb blog
