Strep is back again

Some how I have ended up with strep throat again. How does this happen? I took all my antibiotics, geez. I hope it is gone by the weekend b/c Round 4 starts on Saturday. I'm looking forward to starting and finishing the next round. I am confident I will reach my goal of 165 - 175. I'm giving myself a 10 pound stretch only because my original goal was 175 and I changed it to 165. I'll be off to Vegas in November after I finish this round and I will have met my goal of being Fit by Forty as my birthday is in November.

My brother showed me a pic of me when I was at my very heaviest. It does not even look like me. I was astonished. I will post it, although I am embarrassed to do so, once he sends it to me. I am just absolutely amazed I let myself get that big. When I started hCG I was at 253. The pic he has of me is when I was at 267.

Make it a good day.

Phase 4

Phase 4 started on Friday. I've eaten fast food, which I haven't done in a very long time. It's probably been years since I've had anything from McDonald's and I tried one of their wraps and it was nasty. I also had a double cheeseburger from White Castle... which is probably the only fast food I'll do because it was still as yummy as I remembered. I also went to breakfast after a late night and had an omelet and hashbrowns. Then yesterday I had a few beers, haven't had any beer in like two months, and nibbled on some "all natural" chips. The result after this weekend, still at 192.4, which is actually down 0.2 from yesterday. If I can keep this up until Round 4 starts, I'll be ahead of the game.

Make it a good day!

Where I am...

Some how I ended up with strep throat. I am currently on an antibiotic and was taking the generic of darvocet. I was up from my usual trend (but still more than two pounds under ldw). After posting on facebook, others said it is probably because of the pain med because it can cause water retention. I also was having problems getting in my usual daily dose of water because it was so hard to swallow anything. Now that I've stopped taking darvocet and have been getting my water, I am back to -4.4.  Thumbs up to that.... I have not gone over the two pound mark for 20 days straight!!! Yay! I guess P4 is right around the corner. I probably won't make many additions only because I don't really miss anything and feel the urge to have something... well other than pizza. Still love pizza.

I'm looking forward to the next round because it will be my last. What I'm not looking forward to is the load days. The past 3 rounds I did great had an appetite and all. But now, I don't really have much of an appetite and am not looking forward to stuffing myself to the gills. My sister said she can't wait to see me eat all this food because I'm very picky and conscious about what I eat. I have yet eaten at any type of restaurants. It is kind of weird for me because I used to eat at least 4 - 5 meals out a week. I don't even really miss it. The only time I'm tempted is when I didn't eat at home and get hungry when I'm out. I usually keep a bag of nuts, Macadamia, almonds, or something in my purse to hold me over.

Make it a great day! :)

Here's my graph of P3 to date:

Life Changing

My weight has been stable now for 17 days straight. @ 192.6 today. That makes me 4.4 pounds under LDW. I can't tell you how happy this makes me. At the beginning of P3, I was prepared with two huge steaks and I haven't had to even think about tossing one on the grill.

My life has completely taken a turn after releasing a total of 60 pounds. I am fortunate with good genes as far as looking younger than my age. All of my aunts on my dad's side of the family look 10 to 20 years younger than they really are. When I had the extra poundage, people would guess about 5 years younger than my true age. Now, most people I have met guess any where between 25 and 30. It's so awesome to hear to an almost 40 year old!

Just know hCG could change your life too. It takes commitment though. It is in a sense a miracle weight reduction product, but it doesn't work by itself. You have to be committed to the protocol, don't cheat, and follow through all phases. I also recommend that anyone wanting to try it to do their research but be careful of who you believe. There are a lot of scammers out there especially since it seems hCG has really taken off in the past 6 months. A lot of people I've met lately has heard of it but when I hear what they say about it I just think how uneducated and misinformed they are. I always refer them to Walter Terry's website, www.GutlessInSeattle.com to get the truth. Following his advice is what has made my third round the best ever.

Make it a great day!! :)

Still Stable!! Yay!

Day 14 and I am still under LDW by 3.2 pounds. I know I've said it before but this is the best I've ever done in phase 3. I have Walter Terry to thank for pointing me in the right direction. I am confident that my 4th round will be my last and I will reach goal weight and before I turn the big 4-0. My goal for 2010 was to be at normal weight by the time I turned 40 and finding hCG is making me realize my goal. I have a Vegas trip planned for my birthday and I plan on having a great time with the new found me.

Make it a great day!!

Stable Mable

It's been great so far. I have stayed around 197.2/197.4 so far on day 5 of P3. Last time by day 5 I was already starting steak days so this is so awesome to me right now, especially after needing to jump into P3 unexpectedly. My personal life is still chaos but calming a bit. Lots and lots to deal with.

Make it a good day!
