R2P1D2 - Load Day 2

Happy to see a bit of a loss after day one of loading. I'm certain the scale will show its little devil horns to me tomorrow and give me the evil laugh as it reveals the post loading weight.
Food for the day:
  • Bacon
  • 2 eggs fried in the bacon grease
  • Laughing cow cheese
  • 3 double white castles
  • WC onion rings with cheese
  • Ham salad
  • Gorganzola cheese dip
  • Crackers
  • Buffalo Chicken (I came up with this recipe based on Buffalo Chicken dip and ate it during P3. LOVE it!)
  • Angel Hair with browned butter and Mizithra cheese (Old Spaghetti Factory style)
All this is probably why I am where I am today. I absolutely love to cook and get creative in the kitchen. I go out to eat and think "I can make this but better!" It is difficult to be creative with the limited ingredients allowed on phase 2, but I did well with round one to come up with some pretty good dishes (and some not so good)...

I think Dr. Simeons added the 2 day load not to get fat into your system to stave off hunger and headaches but so you're so disgusted with food you won't miss it. LOL! My stomach is protruding like it was when I first started hCG back in March. Load days are a love/hate relationship. Still, I feel great and ready to start Round 2. My Goal for this round is to lose the same as last, which is 25 pounds.

R2P1D1 - Load Day 1

Today is the first load day of round 2 of hCG. I got a late start because I was still full from vacation. I gained so much weight over vaction. It was a bit depressing. I can't let it get me down though. It's time to pick up and move on.

Today I had:
  • Margaritaville lime flavored tortilla chips with a bowl full of sour cream and salsa verde
  • Coffee with heavy cream
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Leftover cauliflower pizza, reheated in butter
  • Ribeye with steak butter AND homemade bearnaise sauce
  • Baked potato with butter, cheese, sour cream, and BACON (I heart bacon!)
  • Garlic cheese bread
I couldn't eat all my dinner so I'll save the rest for load day 2. It isn't fun feeling this stuffed. To think I was looking forward to loading again. Ugh!
