Trackers - http://www.medhelp.org/ - I love this site. It is free and has many trackers. I use it as a food log, weight tracker, water intake, menstrual cycle, and a few others they offer. The food log is fairly flexible. They give you the recommended daily allowances as far as calories, macro nutrients, and so forth, but it also gives you the opportunity to change it. For example, it shows the recommended daily calorie intake, but on P2 I'm only allowed 500. I can change it to 500 and then when you use the report function, it graphs your daily calorie intake for a quick glance of how your week has been.
